Terms of Service for Veemonheim

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Veemonheim's services, including the sale of merchandise and monthly subscriptions.

1. Merchandise:

  • Shipping: Merchandise will be shipped once it leaves the factory, and tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they are available. Not all of our merchandise is made in the same place, and orders may ship in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.

  • Shipping Estimates: Shipping estimates for purchased items are available during checkout.

2. LEGACY SUBSCRIPTIONS (“Monthly Subscription ("Sub")”):

  • UPDATE AS OF 2024: Legacy Subscriptions through Veemonheim.com are discontinued. Community members may support the community by subscribing to https://twitch.tv/@rsveev. Existing subscribers are still governed by these terms until their subscriptions are cancelled.

  • Eligibility: Subscribers become eligible for the "Veemonheim.com Sub" role on https://discord.gg/vee, granting special perks.

  • Server Rules: Subscribers must adhere to the server rules on the Discord community. Violation may result in forfeiting the "Veemonheim.com Sub" role.

  • Refund Policy: Subscribers are not entitled to any refund (partial or full) if removed from the Discord server. It is their responsibility to cancel the subscription through "Manage my subscription" on https://veemonheim.com/sub or by contacting support@veemonheim.com.

    3. Contest “Cosmetic Roles”, or Charity “Cosmetic Roles”

  • Eligbility: discord.gg/vee community members may receive “Cosmetic roles” by participating in contests or charity initiatives.

  • Server Rules: Violating the server rules may result in forfeiting “Cosmetic Roles” earned through said Contests or Charity initiatives.

  • Appeals: Server members may appeal a “Cosmetic Role” removal through contacting server staff using the appropriate community channels. If their Discord account is banned entirely from discord.gg/vee, they must appeal the ban separately from any “Cosmetic Role” removal.

  • Ownership: Veemonheim, at its sole discretion, may remove and add roles to users at any time.
