Terms of Service for Veemonheim
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Veemonheim's services, including the sale of merchandise and monthly subscriptions.
1. Merchandise:
Shipping: Merchandise will be shipped once it leaves the factory, and tracking numbers will be provided as soon as they are available. Not all of our merchandise is made in the same place, and orders may ship in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.
Shipping Estimates: Shipping estimates for purchased items are available during checkout.
2. Monthly Subscription ("Sub"):
Eligibility: Subscribers become eligible for the "Veemonheim.com Sub" role on https://discord.gg/vee, granting special perks.
Server Rules: Subscribers must adhere to the server rules on the Discord community. Violation may result in forfeiting the "Veemonheim.com Sub" role.
Refund Policy: Subscribers are not entitled to any refund (partial or full) if removed from the Discord server. It is their responsibility to cancel the subscription through "Manage my subscription" on https://veemonheim.com/sub or by contacting support@veemonheim.com.
